Solid experience for Embody chair

I bought a Herman Miller Embody chair a few weeks ago. The ordering process was smooth, I picked it out and checked out without any fuss. Delivery took exactly 7 days to get to my place in Boston, which was within the timeframe they gave. The chair came fully assembled, which was a huge relief – just unboxed it and rolled it right into place. Quality is top-notch, exactly what I expected from Herman Miller. This was a significant purchase for me, and I appreciated that everything went as expected. No issues with tracking or contacting support, though I didn't need to.

Good chair, easy order

I got a Herman Miller Sayl chair from here. Ordering was pretty straightforward, website was easy to navigate. It got to me in about a week. No complaints, it's a super comfy chair for my home office setup.

Herman Miller Embody Purchase

I recently ordered a Herman Miller Embody chair from Wellworking, and overall, it was a good experience. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the specific configuration I wanted for the chair was straightforward. Ordering was simple, but I did have a question about the delivery timeframe before purchasing, so I used their online chat. Customer service was responsive and helpful, confirming the estimated lead time of about 3 weeks, which was accurate. The chair arrived within that window, well-packaged, and mostly assembled, only needing a few minor attachments. The quality of the Embody chair is, as expected, superb. It's incredibly comfortable for long workdays. My only minor quibble was the delivery notification; it could have been a bit more precise than a full-day window, but the driver was courteous. I appreciate the clear communication throughout.

Got a new monitor arm

Just picked up a monitor arm from here. It was pretty easy to find on the site. Arrived in a few days, seemed well-packed. Installing it was straightforward, no issues. It does the job, holds my monitor steady. Good overall experience, felt like a normal online shop, nothing fancy but reliable. Price seemed fair too. Wish they had more color options, but it's fine.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This isn't my first purchase from Wellworking; I've bought a few items over the years, including a Vitra Tip Ton chair and some desk accessories previously. This time, I got a set of Flos Lighting floor lamps. As always, the items were exactly as described and of high quality. Delivery was smooth, though one box had a small scuff, but the contents were fine. Their service has been consistently reliable. I keep coming back because I know what to expect: good products and dependable shipping. It's nice to have a go-to for premium office and home pieces.

Good chair, fast shipping

I bought a Herman Miller Sayl chair. It shipped pretty quickly, arrived in about a week. The chair was easy to unbox. It feels sturdy. Happy with it.

Decent chair, delivery issues

I ordered a Herman Miller Lino chair, and it's mostly good. The chair itself is really comfortable and feels sturdy, definitely an upgrade. My main gripe was the delivery. It took 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, and the tracking updates weren't the best. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would be better if shipping was a bit quicker or more transparent. Still, I'm happy with the chair overall for the price.

Return customer for a reason

This was my second big purchase from Wellworking, first was an Aeron chair last year and this time I got a sit-stand desk. Both times, the experience has been consistent. Products are genuine and arrive well-packaged. The desk took about 8 days to arrive, similar to my previous chair order. I keep coming back because I know what to expect in terms of quality and service. They're reliable.
